Welcome to Intellingo! These terms of use outline the rules and regulations for the use of Wahoo Software's App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app utilizes third-party services to enhance its functionalities:

• OpenAI API & Whisper: Used for AI-powered functionalities and voice processing.
• Microsoft Azure TTS (Text-to-Speech): Used for converting text into audible speech within the app.

By using our app, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing that may occur through these third-party services. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies and terms of service for more detailed information.

4. Device Sign-In Limit

You are allowed to sign in to a maximum of 5 devices using a single account. Any attempt to sign in with more than 5 devices may result in restricted access.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only. Misuse or malicious activities will lead to termination of your access to the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the AI technology, are the intellectual property of Wahoo Software and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. In-App Subscriptions

Some features of the app may be available only through the purchase of an in-app subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled. It's the user's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions through their device's settings. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wahoo AI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
